Construction operations of the 32 km section
Kajaran-Agarak Armenia continues.

According to Armenian Press, earthworks and tunnel digging, the 32-kilometer route from Kajaran city to Agarak, located at the border point between Armenia and Iran, continues from the north to south corridor.
In the framework of this project, the construction of a 32 km long road, two tunnels (360 meters and 520 meters) and 17 bridges, one of which is 720 meters long, is considered.

The north-south road from Kajaran-Agarak is being built with financing from the Eurasian Development Fund and the government of the Republic of Armenia.

It is worth mentioning that the contractors of this piece are the Iranian companies of Ariana Dam Tunnel and Abadgaran, which are jointly implementing this project.
